Article 36 AUTONOME MODIFIE, en vigueur du au (Décret n°82-397 du 11 mai 1982 RELATIF A L'ORGANISATION ET AU FONCTIONNEMENT DES SERVICES MEDICAUX DU TRAVAIL EN AGRICULTURE)
Indépendamment des examens prévus aux articles précédents, tout salarié en situation de travail effectif peut bénéficier d'un examen médical au sens de l'article 29 à l'initiative du médecin du travail ou sur demande écrite et motivée de lui-même, de son employeur ou de son médecin traitant, adressée au médecin du travail.
