Article 36 AUTONOME MODIFIE, en vigueur du au (Décret n°82-397 du 11 mai 1982 RELATIF A L'ORGANISATION ET AU FONCTIONNEMENT DES SERVICES MEDICAUX DU TRAVAIL EN AGRICULTURE)
Indépendamment des examens prévus aux articles précédents, tout salarié peut bénéficier d'un examen médical au sens de l'article 29 à l'initiative du médecin du travail ou sur demande écrite et motivée de lui-même, de son employeur ou de son médecin traitant, adressée au médecin du travail.
