Article 1 AUTONOME ABROGE, en vigueur du au (Décret n°62-1218 du 15 octobre 1962 PORTANT RAP POUR L'EXECUTION DES DISPOSITIONS DU LIVRE II DU CODE DU TRAVAIL (TITRE 2: HYGIENE ET SECURITE DES TRAVAILLEURS) EN CE QUI CONCERNE LES MESURES PARTICULIERES DE PROTECTION RELATIVE A L'EMPLOI DES EXPLOSIFS DANS LES CHANTIERS DU BATIMENT ET DES TRAVAUX PUBLICS)
Les chefs des établissements soumis aux dispositions du chapitre Ier du titre II du livre II du Code du travail dont le personnel effectue, même à titre occasionnel, des travaux de bâtiment ou des travaux publics nécessitant l'emploi d'explosifs sont tenus de prendre les mesures particulières de protection énoncées aux articles ci-après.
