Les dispositions des articles 4, 10 et 11 ne sont pas applicables aux parties de voies placées à l'intérieur des ateliers, magasins ou bâtiments quelconques.
Le règlement prévu par l'article 20 du présent décret fixe les mesures particulières de protection applicables à ces parties de voies.
