Article 5 AUTONOME ABROGE, en vigueur du au (Décret n°83-768 du 23 août 1983 RELATIF AU CONTROLE DE L'APPLICATION DE LA LEGISLATION ET DE LA REGLEMENTATION DU TRAVAIL DANS LE TERRITOIRE DE LA NOUVELLE-CALEDONIE ET DEPENDANCES)
Le chef du service de l'inspection du travail et les inspecteurs du travail sont nommés par arrêtés, pris conjointement par les ministres chargés respectivement du travail et des territoires d'outre-mer.
