Article 110 AUTONOME VIGUEUR, en vigueur depuis le (Loi n°86-845 du 17 juillet 1986 RELATIVE AUX PRINCIPES GENERAUX DU DROIT DU TRAVAIL ET A L'ORGANISATION ET AU FONCTIONNEMENT DE L'INSPECTION DU TRAVAIL ET DES TRIBUNAUX DU TRAVAIL EN POLYNESIE FRANCAISE)
En cas d'infraction aux dispositions relatives à l'hygiène et à la sécurité, le jugement fixe, en outre, le délai dans lequel sont exécutés les travaux de sécurité et de salubrité imposés par lesdites dispositions. Ce délai ne pourra excéder dix mois.
