Article 59 AUTONOME ABROGE, en vigueur du au (Arrêté du 20 août 1987 RELATIF AUX MESURES TECHNIQUES ET ADMINISTRATIVES RELATIVES A LA POLICE SANITAIRE ET A LA PROPHYLAXIE COLLECTIVE DE LA BRUCELLOSE CAPRINE ET OVINE)
Les fabricants autorisés doivent céder ces vaccins, à titre onéreux ou gratuit, directement aux vétérinaires utilisateurs et au vu d'une commande écrite portant le visa du directeur des services vétérinaires.
Toute cession desdits vaccins par l'intermédiaire d'un revendeur est interdite, sauf autorisation spéciale accordée par le ministre de l'agriculture.
