Article Annexe art. 34 AUTONOME VIGUEUR, en vigueur depuis le (Arrêté du 13 novembre 1973 HOMOLOGATION DES MODIFICATIONS APPORTEES AU STATUT DU PERSONNEL ADMINISTRATIF DE L'ASSEMBLEE PERMANENTE DES CHAMBRES DE COMMERCE ET D'INDUSTRIE (APCCI),DES CHAMBRES REGIONALES DE COMMERCE ET D'INDUSTRIE (CRCI) ET DES CHAMBRES DE COMMERCE ET D'INDUSTRIE (CCI))
Il est accordé aux agents titulaires licenciés pour inaptitude physique ou insuffisance professionnelle, et dans le cas où ils ne se trouveraient pas dans les conditions requises pour percevoir une pension de retraite conformément aux dispositions du régime de retraite annexe au présent statut, une indemnité de licenciement proportionnelle à l'ancienneté et égale :
Jusqu'à un an : à un mois de traitement ;
Au-delà d'un an : à un mois de traitement par année de service, avec un maximum de quinze mois.
