Il est institué, pour chaque agent, un dossier contenant tous les documents qui le concernent.
Ne pourra figurer au dossier aucune mention faisant état des opinions politiques, philosophiques, religieuses ou syndicales de l'intéressé. Toutefois, lorsque l'agent assume des fonctions syndicales au sein de la compagnie, celles-ci seront mentionnées au dossier pendant la seule durée de son mandat.
