La durée moyenne et la durée minimale du temps passé dans chacun des échelons des emplois mentionnés à l'article 10 du présent décret sont fixées ainsi qu'il suit :
EMPLOIS ET ECHELONS : Agent principal des services techniques de 1re catégorie : 6e échelon
DUREE moyenne : 3 ans 6 mois
DUREE minimale : 2 ans 9 mois
EMPLOIS ET ECHELONS : Agent principal des services techniques de 1re catégorie : 5e échelon
DUREE moyenne : 3 ans
DUREE minimale : 2 ans 3 mois
EMPLOIS ET ECHELONS : Agent principal des services techniques de 1re catégorie : 4e échelon
DUREE moyenne : 3 ans
