Au cours de la seconde quinzaine du mois de novembre, le premier président de la cour d'appel désigne, par ordonnance prise après avis de l'assemblée générale des magistrats du siège de la cour, autant de magistrats du tribunal de première instance qu'il est nécessaire pour compléter les sections détachées de ce tribunal dans les matières où elles statuent en formation collégiale.
