Article 15 AUTONOME VIGUEUR, en vigueur depuis le (Décret n°79-1071 du 12 décembre 1979 STATUTS PARTICULIERS DES GREFFIERS EN CHEF ET DES SECRETAIRES-GREFFIERS DES CONSEILS DE PRUDHOMMES ET FIXATION DES DISPOSITIONS TRANSITOIRES RELATIVES A L'INTEGRATION DES SECRETAIRES ET SECRETAIRES ADJOINTS DES CONSEILS DE PRUDHOMMES)
Lorsque l'application des articles 11 à 13 aboutit à classer les fonctionnaires intéressés à un échelon doté d'un indice inférieur à celui qu'ils détenaient précédemment, ceux-ci conservent, à titre personnel, le bénéfice de leur indice antérieur jusqu'au jour où ils bénéficient dans leur nouveau coprs d'un indice au moins égal.
