Article 10 AUTONOME ABROGE, en vigueur du au (Décret n°89-810 du 6 novembre 1989 RELATIF AU STATUT PARTICULIER DU CORPS DES CONTROLEURS DES SERVICES EXTERIEURS DE LA DIRECTION GENERALE DE LA CONCURRENCE,DE LA CONSOMMATION,ET DE LA REPRESSION DES FRAUDES)
Les contrôleurs divisionnaires sont nommés par concours sur épreuves professionnelles dans les conditions fixées à l'article 11 ci-après ou au choix dans les conditions fixées à l'article 12 ci-après.
