Article 8 AUTONOME ABROGE, en vigueur du au (Ordonnance n°85-992 du 20 septembre 1985 RELATIVE A L'ORGANISATION ET AU FONCTIONNEMENT DES REGIONS EN NOUVELLE-CALEDONIE ET DEPENDANCES ET PORTANT ADAPTATION DU STATUT DU TERRITOIRE)
Le conseil de région établit son règlement intérieur. Ce règlement fixe les modalités de son fonctionnement qui ne sont pas prévues au présent chapitre. Il peut être déféré au tribunal administratif.
