Article 3 AUTONOME ABROGE, en vigueur du au (Décret n°84-1104 du 10 décembre 1984 PRIS POUR L'APPLICATION DE L'ART. 60 DE LA LOI 8453 DU 26-01-1984 PORTANT DISPOSITIONS STATUTAIRES RELATIVES A LA FONCTION PUBLIQUE TERRITORIALE ET RELATIF AU SERVICE A TEMPS PARTIEL)
Le quatrième alinéa de l'article 3 du décret du 16 août 1982 susvisé est remplacé par l'alinéa suivant ;
"L'autorisation d'accomplir un service à temps partiel est suspendue pendant la durée du congé de maternité et du congé pour adoption. Les bénéficiaires de tels congés sont, en conséquence, rétablis, pour la durée de ces congés, dans les droits des agents exerçant leurs fonctions à temps plein".
