Article 1 AUTONOME ABROGE, en vigueur du au (Décret n°84-1104 du 10 décembre 1984 PRIS POUR L'APPLICATION DE L'ART. 60 DE LA LOI 8453 DU 26-01-1984 PORTANT DISPOSITIONS STATUTAIRES RELATIVES A LA FONCTION PUBLIQUE TERRITORIALE ET RELATIF AU SERVICE A TEMPS PARTIEL)
Les dispositions du décret du 16 août 1982 susvisé sont étendues à l'ensemble des fonctionnaires des collectivités et établissements énumérés à l'article 2 de la loi du 26 janvier 1984 susvisée.
