Article 1 AUTONOME VIGUEUR, en vigueur depuis le (Décret n°88-830 du 20 juillet 1988 PORTANT PROROGATION DU MANDAT DES MEMBRES DU CONSEIL SUPERIEUR DE LA FONCTION PUBLIQUE TERRITORIALE (CSFPT) ET MODIFIANT LES DECRETS 871097 ET 871099 DU 30-12-1987 ET LE DECRET 88544 DU 06-05-1988)
Par dérogation aux dispositions de l'article 2 et, le cas échéant, aux dispositions de l'article 8 du décret n° 84-346 du 10 mai 1984 susvisé, le mandat des membres titulaires et suppléants du Conseil supérieur de la fonction publique territoriale en fonctions à la date de publication du présent décret, est prorogé jusqu'à la date du 31 juillet 1989.
