Article 5 AUTONOME ABROGE, en vigueur du au (Décret n°85-1076 du 9 octobre 1985 PRIS POUR L'APPLICATION DES ART. 4,5,6 DE LA LOI 84594 DU 12-07-1984 ET RELATIF A L'EXERCICE DU DROIT A LA FORMATION DES AGENTS DE LA FONCTION PUBLIQUE TERRITORIALE)
Afin de suivre des actions choisies en vue de parfaire leur formation personnelle, les fonctionnaires territoriaux ont la possibilité de bénéficier :
1° De décharges partielles de service ;
2° De congés de formation dont la durée ne peut excéder trois ans pour l'ensemble de la carrière.
