Article 1 AUTONOME VIGUEUR, en vigueur depuis le (Décret n°80-857 du 30 octobre 1980 PORTANT EXTENSION AUX ETABLISSEMENTS AGRICOLES DE DISPOSITIONS DES CHAPITRES II,III ET IV DU TITRE III DU LIVRE II DU CODE DU TRAVAIL (PARTIE REGLEMENTAIRE) RELATIVES A L'HYGIENE ET A LA SECURITE DU TRAVAIL)
Le chapitre II, les sections I à V du chapitre III et le chapitre IV du titre III du livre II du code du travail (partie Réglementaire) sont applicables aux établissements agricoles mentionnés à l'article L. 231-1, sous réserve des dispositions ci-après.
