Chaque centre doit comprendre au moins un service de chirurgie et un service de radiothérapie oncologique, dirigés chacun par un spécialiste. De plus, un médecin spécialiste en cancérologie, un oto-rhino-laryngologiste et un anatomo-cyto-pathologiste doivent être attachés au centre.
